For screening, I typically require a copy of your ID and/or a 50% deposit. I only accept references from providers who I know personally. I may also consider LinkedIn if your profile is well established, public and contains a photo of yourself. If you provide a text app number and do not wish to provide your actual phone number, stricter screening will be required.
